Neither of my CD/DVD drives will show up under "Hard Disck Drives" or "Devices with removable storage". I went to my Device Manager and they both show up there but I am unable to access them. My internal Disk Drive is an ST9120822a and the two different USB external drives are PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-XD09 USB Device and TOSHIBA CDW/ SD-R2612. I believe this happened after my computer did an auto update download. I came in just as the screen said "Windows shifting". This is the first time that I have experienced this problem.
