Unless the USB port(s) on that machine are an "add-on", I seriously doubt they are USB 2.

Can't find anything useful on the internet about any Tiny PC computer, but looking at the Device Manager snapshots USB is I 2.0.

Enhanced Host Controller and/or USB 2.0 Root Hub Device = USB 2.0 ports.
Universal Host Controller and/or Open Host Controller = USB 1.1 ports
