I accidentally uninstalled SoundMAX, do I need the CD to reinstall it or is it available online? I've tried everything I know....downloading a new driver from the website, and going into my control panel and then into sounds, audio to the advanced tab but no luck. Don't know where to go from here, can anyone help?

Okay I just did a hardware scan and there are no sound devices listed as hardware!!! So my assumptions are right, I've completely removed SoundMax.......where to from here? I no longer have the disc to reinstall....

First ensure SOUND is NOT turned OFF in your machines bios.

Download, install, and run Everest Home Edition on this machine. (CLEAN FreeWare) Once it's finished loading and
running, click the + sign next to;

Motherboard. Click on Chipset. Post the information listed under South Bridge exactly as it is listed.

Multimedia. Post the information listed under PCI / PnP Audio exactly as it is listed.

There is nothing!! I click on Chipset and nothing by the name of south bridge comes up...the only thing I can do is right click to get a "quick report" which is what I sent you
As for the multimedia, exactly the same thing. I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass, I seriously am telling you there's nothing there!!
