    soundcard driver,internet explorer

    Hello there,
It looks like I deleted my sound card driver by accident.
How to reinstall it again ? I do not have the operating system any more for my Windows XP that I bought 3 or 4 years ago.
The other problem I have is that my Internet Explorer browser does not work right ! it needs at least a minute to just boot up. My Firefox works fine...but I have to work some Real estate related websites (Sandicor/Tempo) and they will only work with IE !
I tried to install the newest IE8 version and then everything on my computer slowed down to the speed of molasses.
Problem 3 is that my video cam on skype stopped working ! It says to reinstall the driver again....again I do not have all that stuff anymore after years....so what to do ?
