    Mozilla Firefox

I can no longer enter Mozilla Firefox. The M.F. icon is still on my desktop, the program file is still showing on 'C' disc under 'program files' and through 'control panel' but when I click it I get this on screen...... ' Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.' I have uninstalled the program and re-loaded it but it has made no difference. Also at the same time I have lost the FlashPlayer and plug-ins. Again I have tried dozens of times to load Adobe Flash Player but when it says at the end that a film will play and text will appear, nothing. Obviously I can watch hardly any videos ect. When I uninstalled Mozilla to try re-loading it I noticed that under 'Program Files there is still a program called Mozilla Firefox it breaks down to 'Mozcrt19DLL' and some other name I can't just remenber now but this cannot be removed, I have tried but it won't delete. Can anyone help me please. Regards Eric.

MOZCRT19.dll immediately. The file MOZCRT19.dll is likely a legitimate Windows file or a disguised threat. As malicious PC threats may delete legitimate files and then pretend themselves to be normal files to compromise system, it is highly recommended to run an instant full scan over your system to check for the file MOZCRT19.dll and any other PE files ( dll, exe, sys, tmp, etc) to secure your computer system.

Thank you for that, just had a thought, a few weeks ago my p.c. got a nasty virus, think it was 'system tools' or something, anyway after ages of hassle I got a cure from a site and it worked when all others failed. I had to click 'help exe'. or something like that in my 'c':\disc\program files and it cured the virus. Last week I thought I was seeing the start of this virus so clicked this 'help exe'. then all these new problems started. Could this be the reason and if so how do I cure this mistake. 1.Go to Start > Search > All Files or Folders.
2.In the "All or part of the the file name" section, type in "help.exe" file name(s).
3.To get better results, select "Look in: Local Hard Drives" or "Look in: My Computer" and then click "Search" button.
4.When Windows finishes your search, hover over the "In Folder" of "help.exe", highlight the file and copy/paste the path into the address bar. Save the file's path on your clipboard because you'll need the file path to delete help.exe in the following manual removal steps.

Step 2: Use Windows Task Manager to Remove help.exe Processes

3.Select the "help.exe" process and click on the "End Process" button to kill it.

Step 3: Detect and Delete Other help.exe Files
1.To open the Windows Command Prompt, go to Start > Run > cmd and then press the "OK" button.
2.Type in "dir /A name_of_the_folder" (for example, C:\Spyware-folder), which will display the folder's content even the hidden files.
3.To change directory, type in "cd name_of_the_folder".
4.Once you have the file you're looking for type in del "name_of_the_file".
5.To delete a file in folder, type in "del name_of_the_file".
6.To delete the entire folder, type in "rmdir /S name_of_the_folder".
7.Select the "help.exe" process and click on the "End Process" button to kill it.

    help.exe Anti-Spyware Recommendation
Certain file extensions come from parasite applications. If you decide to remove unknown file extensions manually, you might do irreversible harm to your PC. We highly recommend you use a good spyware cleaner/remover to automatically track help.exe as well as other spyware, adware, trojans, and virus threats in your PC.
