Can you be a little more specific? Such as what you are trying to open/log into? This will help us to determine the problem and come up with a soution.

say if i go to my internet banking,sport tab etc.then try to log on , thats when it happen

I would run your anti-virus/anti-malware program. Post if they find anything here.
