If check disk passed without any problems and sfc didn't fix anything then I don't really know what else to tell you. We can try to research all of the errors one by one and fix them but with so many low level programs giving you errors I'm really convinced that windows is corrupt or heading that way. You can either spend your time researching and attempting to fix them one by one or spend your time reinstalling windows and your programs and hope that that works. Perhaps someone else will chime in.
Are you implying here that you did run the command line and typed in sfc /scannow?
