i cant use my globe tattoo because i dont know.. please see the links coz a cant sleep

When you are looking at the Properties dialog for the RAS Async Adapter in Device Manger, click on the Details tab. Post the info that looks like this:

PCI\VEN_nnnn&DEV_nnnn

Using that data, we can search the internet to find the device driver. That should fix the yellow mark by it.
