My pc wont allow me to install Adobe Flash player as it says that it may be corrupted,broken,

I had it originaly and accidently uninstalled it.

i am a big youtube fan and now i cannot play videos because of this problem.

I would download a fresh install file and give it another try;

Adobe - Adobe Flash Player

(Uncheck "FREE Google Toolbar" if you don't want this utility.)

You might first want to use the Flash Player Uninstaller to make sure it is completely removed first. You must have all browsers closed as well as anything else that uses flash (see this for more details).
