i am having a problem with my computer

its keeps popping up sayying 2.tmp Bad Image

the application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\spvws.dll is not a valid windows image. please ckeck this against your installation diskette.

please can anayone help me with this will be much appreciate.

The 2.tmp Bad Image problem could be corrupt file in your temps folder. file
If you don't have CCleaner the download from here CCleaner - Home
Then install and run It.
Once started click on the clean then the analyze button
Once the analysis is complete you need to click on the Run Cleaner to
remove all the temp file and cookies on your PC.
You could also Run the registry cleaner which will remove any references
to old files and uninstalled programs on your PC.
If you click on the registry button then the scan for issues button.
The program will give you a list of invalid references in your registry.
Once completed click the fix selected issues button. It will ask if you want to do a backup
Select YES. Give the back a name and save it were you can easily find it.
Now select Fix All Selected issues and close CCleaner.

Doing this will have the added advantage of giving your PC a spring clean.

i did all you said but its still the same still popping up

can you please help

Can you do a search for 2.tmp
and tell us were this file resides
Also can you tell us if you can delete this file from the folder
it resides in.
This is only a temporary file and safe to delete.
