i recommend you goto intel's website type in the model of your graphics driver and download the one that had "exe" in brackets. once downloaded open it and install. it may ask you to restart this is normal. i have been and looked at their site you will have to choose the operating system as well, once you have scroll down and it will state the downlaods available. Hope i helped you out

I tried to install Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver (exe). Received error: Driver cannot be installed on computer.

Tried to install Graphics Driver [WIN2K_XP1416.EXE] received message my current install is newer than this install.

No Graphics were installed. No other graphic download available for my machine.

that states that your already runnin the most upto date graphics driver for your system, odd? I will do some homework on adobe causing problems. Like i mentioned the last time i encountered this problem it was due to a driver not being good enough for the system. Bare with me i will do some homework for you.

That basically expands on the info I provided him. Just to be sure, follow those instructions to a T.

The only other ideas I have would be either a hardware limitation (insufficient graphics or a weak processor), malware, or system errors.

    Hi Jason
I've found this hope it helps
    Flash Player Using 100% CPU

If not I would give my alternative suggestion here
GNU Gnash - Free Software Directory - Free Software Foundation
A try if only to see if using it your problems with flash go away.
You will of course need to uninstall adobe flash whilst testing Gnash.
