I ran all three and removed all the trojan viruses (30+) and when I when to put it back and start his computer back up now all I get is the BSOD!!!! Does anyone know why or how to fix it? Btw, OS is XP home 32bit

Boy, I can't remember what the error code was. All I know is that 2x now that I have used my external enclosure to run some malware/spyware and anti-viruses. I what I mean is I just take the HD out of 2 of my friend's computer and pull it in the enclosure and when I finished cleaning up their HD and put them back both times I get the BSOD error that is about, "windows had to shut down do to a serious errror. You might want to run some virus scans or check your hardware..et" What I had to do is reinstall XP all over again. Any thoughts on why this happens? Sorry again I can't remember the code

    Hi Norman

I'm sorry without the BSOD error code its impossible to enlighten you
on what could be the possible cause of the error.
As you can see from the list here Troubleshooting Windows STOP Messages
Each one on that list would cause a BSOD
So from the information you've supplied its impossible to know what caused the problem.

I understand, next time I get that message I will read it down and save so I can post a more accurate help. However, thanks for your input.
