Hi isaad Welcome to D-A-L

Could you gives some details.

When you open some websites does the PC just shut down?
Does it give any error messages?
If the pc Just shuts down with no error message could right click on MY Computer and select Properties
Now select Advanced Tab.
Under the section Startup and Recovery select Settings button
Now Remove the tick from Automatically Restart
Select OK then OK and leave System Properties.
Doing this will allow your PC to display a BSOD instead of restating.
So if the shut-down is caused by a BSOD you will get a Blue screen with an error message.
Make a note of the FULL details of this error message and post it here.
Now press and hold (not hard) the power button to shut down your PC. Once shut down you can restart as normal.
Could you also at Desktop and NO programs running press together the keys Ctrl/Alt/Delete.
Now select the Processes tab. Could you tell us how many Processes are running under Image Name.
Under CPU could you tell us what processes is using CPU
