I ask again, did you try the memory wizards?

Belarc shows you have a compaq there. You might see what CPUz or Everest say you have.

Without knowing what board you have, we have nothing to go on.

I ram memtest but crucial would not test for me. I t could not configure my memory. I tried the others but ran int problems how to download or use them. I will try again!

I don't know where you keep getting memtest. I never suggested that.
