trying to install service pack 1 for office xp.
comes up withe error 1328 - error applying patch file to:
C:\config.Msi\pt 13a.tmp

Please help!

I suggest that you skip SP 1 and install SP 3 instead. You do not need SP 1 to do so. Please let us know if you have anymore problems.
