I don't see any security issues here, so I'll move this thread to Windows section.

First error seems to be coming from Adobe Reader Speed Launch.
I suggest, you reinstall it, or better yet...
I recommend, you unistall Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a resource hog, and install FoxIt Reader: Download Foxit Reader 3.1.4.1125 - FileHippo.com, which is much smaller, and faster. It does very same thing.
Make sure, you run "custom" install, and opt out from installing any extra toolbars.

Second error comes from Daemon Tool. Also - reinstall.

Third error comes from ATI CCC. You either reinstall it, or disable it as a startup. It's unnecessary for it to be a startup.

The third error doesn't occur at startup. It happens whenever I right click on the desktop or in a windows explorer window. It tries to install it. If i click cancel then I can access the properties menu like normal.

That's why you have to disable it as a startup.
Did you take care of two other problems?

Re-run HJT and checkmark:

I fixed the checked ones and rebooted. I re installed daemon tools and foxreadit (or whatever it's called). I'm no longer receiving the two error messages at start-up. But I still received the error message when I right clicked. I tried to uninstall ATI CCC but i got an error message and the computer froze. I tried to install a new version of ATI CCC but got an error message and I'm not sure if it installed. I rebooted and now my dual monitors are reversed, and for some reason the internet isn't working at all, in Mozilla or IE. I don't know what to do.

Also, the computer is running abnormally slow.

I fixed the desktop problem. Still not sure how it happened though. I am still unable to connect to the internet, but I know it works because I am using this computer on the same network.

Well, we definitely didn't remove anything what could have had impact on your internet connection.

Turn off computer. Disconnect router, and modem from power source for 30 seconds.
Power them back on.
Restart computer.

If that doesn't work, bypass router, and connect computer straight to the modem.

If that doesn't work...
Go Start>Run (Start search in Vista), type in:
cmd
Click OK (in Vista, while holding CTRL, and SHIFT, press Enter).

In Command Prompt window, type in following commands, and hit Enter after each one:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Restart computer.

If that doesn't work...
Go Start>Run (Start search in Vista), type in:
cmd
Click OK (in Vista, while holding CTRL, and SHIFT, press Enter).

At Command Prompt, type in:
netsh int ip reset reset.log
Hit Enter.
Type in:
netsh winsock reset catalog
Hit Enter.

Restart computer.


If that doesn't work...

Restart computer, and check again.

If that doesn't work...
Download Dial-A-Fix (DAF) (doesn't work in Vista):

Have XP CD available in case DAF needs a file. Likely not!

Check all boxes on the screen (clear any restrictions if it shows any)
Then click GO!

When the entire page is finished click the HammerHead at bottom to go to the second DAF page.

Here, one at a time, do the below:

Reinstall BITS
Reinstall Windows Firewall
Repair Permissions
Reset networking

Watch for any File not found or other errors and make note as this may lead to the fix!

Restart computer.

I bypassed the router, and now it is working fine. I think all the problems are solved now.
