I have ordered a new computer from Dell,will I have to set my broadband up and email or will the new computer download this.

If you already have a ISP (internet service provider) you can transfer your service to your new Dell PC.
If you don't have a ISP then you will need to make arrangements and decide who/which ISP you want to use to give you this service.
Deciding on which ISP you want to give you your Broadband and e-mail service can be based on many factors.
You don't say in mini stats in which country you residing. Which would allow a D-A-L forum member in that country to give you more detailed information.
