When I receive some emails asking me to click the link below it does not respond can anyone help.

You will need to be more specific. "Some" emails? If some work and others do not, then I would suspect your system is fine.

That said, I must caution that clicking links in emails can be very dangerous if you are not 100% certain the source of the emails, or where those links are trying to take you.
