Hi,

am having serious problem with my lap top. its taking 25-30 mins for my desk top to load up and then i cant actually open up any programme.

downladed quick time night before last but cant actually get to delete it to see if that would fix the problem.

can i do anything.

Welcome to the Forum

I think the first thing you need to do is go to msconfig and prevent anything starting
you don't really need.

To get to msconfig Go to Run and type mscofig.

I would also download CCleaner and give your system a good spring clean

Do you have any Malware/Spyware programs installed?

If not malwarebytes is an excellent program to ensure Malware/Spyware aren't causing your slow down problems.

click on the download free version on the left.

If you have any problems doing any of this in normal windows go into safemode with networking
