When I tried to download the driver it says that I have to first do this...

"You must install Microsoft's Universal Audio Architecture High Definition audio bus driver on the system before installing these drivers."

Okay, then the link that Jim23 gave you is the way to go. It will take you to Using Application Recovery (Windows 9x, Me, and XP).

Scroll down to the Driver installation section and select Realtek HD Audio. That should do it.
