Hi there,

The reason for this is likely because you installed something using Softwrap which was installed to run at windows startup but when you removed the program you didn't completely uninstall it and now it is still looking for Softwrap files.

Go to Run->msconfig and look at the Startup Programs to see what may have been using Softwrap and is attempting to run. Untick that and it will solve the problem.
