i have a gateway m622-ucx, it is not listed on gateways website for some reason. But it is listed on some manufacturer named arima?? anywho im getting the old unmountable boot volume blue screen again, and im told by several people that spiinrite v6 will successfully solve my problem once and for all, but the spinrite boot disc says i have a critical error, and the site said thats usually caused by an outdated bios or something, so my question is how do i update my pheonix bios, if gateway totally shunned my laptop model to hell?

Gateway is actually Emachines.
