Ztruker, in my post #1 there is an attachment showing of it.
Alternatively if you go to this link and click on 
it will be created right before your eyes.
Just a maddening glitch in IE 8.0 which will not let me re size it. Other browsers work perfectly. I have googled it also, with no firm results.

Yup, works the same for me on Windows 7 Pro with IE8, window is not resizeable. I suspect that is how the window is coded, but using code that only IE supports.
