I'm haveing a prolbem with my little girls laptop. its a compaq presario 1200. when I hit the R key the run window pops up. or if I hit the M key it minamizes. or if I hit L it lockes the computer. I know it has some thing to do with soft ware But I cant figure out what. can anyone help me. thanks

Sounds like the Windows Key is Locked.

For example Win key + R = Run... and etc.
