Purchased a used toshiba laptop and has been working great. The other morning pressed the power on button and a black screen appeared, somethin about = in re-boot mode= some kinda test failure and somthing about check cable connection.

Went and purchased a new power cord and still comes up with this message loop.

How can I get out of this? HELP!!!!!!!!!!
