Im having a small problem when i try to speak to people through skype they can hear my music or if i press delete 2 many times it makes a dinking noise they can hear that (so they can hear anything i play through my speakers)
But they cant hear any other noise thats made away from my pc.

Hope someone can help im sure its one of the settings somewhere but not sure where

Ive checked my mic settings via start > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Voice
Everything there seems fine.

Open Skype. There are two ways to check if your audio settings are correct.

• Go to Tools
• Options
• Audio settings
• Look down the bottom 'make a test call'
• Follow the prompts

OR

• Open Skype
• Contacts tab
• Click on Echo/Sound test service

You will be told whether your sound is correct and how to correct it if it is not.

I am not really sure what you are telling me!

When you did what I suggested, were your Skype setting correct for making calls?
