Do you have an up-to-date antivirus installed? If so, update it again, and do a full system scan. There are pieces of malware that will re-direct your browser to sites where more mal-ware will be installed. Doing a scan is probably the first thing to do.
If you dont have an anti-virus, I would reccommend the Free version of AVG:

Actually, just noticed that there is a similar thread in the spyware section, and the OP said its fixed, possible temporary Google problem not user problem?
