i have a hp compaq tc4200.
it just recently shut down on me.
when i turned it back on all i get is media test failure
then, non-system disk or disk error replace and strike any key when ready...

ive tried to reboot it wont let me.
i try to go into the main menu
i need an administrator password && i dont know it.

help plz!!!

If you set an admin password you need to know it.

If you never set one then just press Enter on a "blank" password.
