So to recap your initial problem was you needed to update your
Graphics card drivers. On doing that you said you PC would not boot.

You say you cannot get into Safe Mode and you usb keyboard is not usable during the boot.
For some reason you decide to take off the wires which is power led hd led reset etc..
When you say etc does this mean other connection as well?
Now you don't know which is the right position for them.
    Why did you do this?

Is that the position you are in now?
Do you have a motherboard manual?
If not do you know the Make and Model of you motherboard?.
Because if you have pulled wires from the motherboard and not noted their position
Only the M/board manual be able to tell you were they connections belong.

You say you cannot hear any beeps are you sure the speaker leads to the motherboard jumpers are correct.
You say you cannot use your Keyboard because its usb
Do have access to a PS2 keyboard?
because I need you to go into the Bios to check and see if the bios can see your hard drive.
Don't make any changes in the bios
When leaving the Bios select the option Exit Without making any changes

Could you also tell me what is the name of your Bios?

    Example Award, Phoenix

As soon as the pc starts press Delete that should take you to bios.
If not try one of the following F2, F10 and F1.
