Ok If you are having problems with the drivers

First go into safe mode see here XP Safe Mode - Choose a Windows XP Safe Mode Option
To get into Safe mode continually tap F8 key after bios screen

Once in safe mode right click My Computer and select Properties
In that window select Hardware Tab and Device Manager button
Now click on the plus beside Display adapter
You should now see Nvidia GeForce FX 5500 double click on it to open properties
Now select Driver tab in that window there are 4 buttons
Click Roll Back Driver button and that will take you back to
The drivers you had previously
when completed restart your PC
Does your PC now start OK?

well currently my PC isnt functioning after freezing one day my PC starts but dont boot
and how can i press F8 if my keyboard is not working until the boot is finish .

You were asked if you had access to PS2 keyboard you said Yes.
Plug in the PS2 and press F8
