wont start in safe mode

Re: wont start in safe mode
The files you download by clicking on the Download button (white letter on blue background) are .exe files. They are executables. When you double click on them or right click and select Open, they should start. They do not require another program to open with.
What are (is) the filname.ext of the file(s) you downloaded.
The chipset is DV051A04.EXE
The network driver is: R143730.EXE

the file names for all the files are dell driver download manager so thats probably the problem but everytime i download them thats what it downloads as. when i try to open it on this computer it tells me there is nothing in my list and to go to drivers and downloads to choose my drivers, so i do and the exact same thing happens again.

I have no idea what or where you are clicking. This is where you should be.
Drivers & Downloads.
Once there, scroll down and click where the red arrows point.

Hope that helps.

Yes, I just noticed you had two threads going for the same problem. Please stick to one thread or help site in the future so you don't have multiple people working on the same problem.
