You will need the motherboard drivers CD to remedy this problem.

If you don't have the CD could you give us the make and model number of
your PC so we can assist in locating them for you
You could try the hardware wizard in Control Panel
If the drivers are on your PC the wizard will locate them for you but I doubt they will be there.
