Lets break this up into seperate issues.............
"Diskette Seek Failure"
Do you indeed have a floppy disk installed on this machine?
If so, is it recognized (properly, ie; 5.25" or 3.5") in the machines bios?
Make sure you don't have a blank floppy in the drive during machine startup.
"CMOS password forgotten or lost or don't have one."
How did you come about this reply?
What happens when you (try to) enter the machines BIOS setup? (If no machine BIOS password is set.)
If a BIOS password has been set, you'll have to remove the machines CMOS battery for approx. 30 seconds, then reinstall the battery. (This must be done with the power cable disconnected. Also, this has no effect on Operating System Passwords.)
