    Start, Run, type in; DxDiag.exe

Run through all tests. Post back with any errors.

How old is your Dell poweredge Sc1420 server set up as a pc. Maybe it is still under warranty, or have you contacted Dell support for the product?

    Keep us posted,

    kind regards,

Do you have graphics drivers installed for it? I maybe wrong but what I suspect is the problem is that you are taking a specialized computing device and trying to use it as a general purpose computer if that makes sense. People don't typically use servers as personal computers and especially gaming machines so any graphics drivers might not be suitable for playing games. Also the graphics chip might not be suitable for playing games. According to the system requirments the card must have 128 mb of ram. Does your card have that? There is a list of supported graphics devices. pci graphic cards aren't very good and are very out of date.
