My pc monitor is not working. When it open a tig tag sond is coming. And light is blinking only

Whenever you have display problems, the first thing to do is determine if the problem is with the monitor, or computer and the easiest way to do that is to swap monitors with another computer. If the problem follows your monitor, you know your monitor is bad. If the 2nd monitor on your computer does the same thing, you know the problem is your computer somewhere.
