I recently got a repairman to clear my disc.
When i checked my computer,everything became smaller,even though the monitor is the same.
The icon became smaller,the menu,taskbar etc.....
Last time,the breath of the desktop didn't hold so much icons

If they are too small for you, right click on the Desktop and select Properties.
Click on the Settings button.
Change the resolution to a lower value by moving the slider to the left.
Click Apply. If the resolution is okay, click YEs to make it permanent, otherwise click No and it will revert to it's previous setting.

Tried it already,but the whole thing just became so weird,like blurish or simply doesn't look Nice!
