    I would repeat again, I would put the computer in the hands of a good IT technician. My opinion is you are trying many things not recommended here on this forum.

    ie..... you downloaded and installed new drivers without giving us time to review your PCPitstop scan. Unless you were having trouble with drivers it is always best to leave well alone. "if it ain't broke.......... New is not always best in the case of drivers.

    Two ways to uninstall IE 8.0
    • Open Add and Remove and make sure you have "Show Updates" enabled at the very top after it populates
    • Scroll down and find "Windows Internet Explorer 8.0" Click Remove OR
    • Do a System Restore to a point before you installed IE 8 Start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > System Restore and follow the prompts
