What are your goals and issues?

You can run a Repair Install which will clean everything including removing all your programs and updates but not you data.

You can use CCleaner which is a nice tool to use for simple cleanup:

my computer seems to be running slower stuff seems to load slow

Try CCleaner and see if it helps.
