i have installed orange livebox wireless (nowhere as easy as they make out!!)

i have three user log ins on the computer(myself, wife and daughter). on all 3 screens when logged in it says status is connected but when you open internet explorer it says canot connect except on one screen. i have changed all 3 users to administrator but this makes no difference. any ideas as hw i can overcome this would be greatly apreciated.

Make sure all the wireless settings for encription are correct.

how do i go about doing that?
