When I shutdown my PC the other day it was working fine. When I rebooted the next morning my desktop background was all blue. I was still able to view the icons. but wasn't able to change the background. I have gone to my desktop and right clicked, selected [propertys], Hit the "desktop", but can not select or browes for a background. Any ideas.
