My compuer is slow, i don't know why, i optimize it
I'm always optimizing it:
I defrag
delete temp files
uninstall files
delete unneccesary files
even prevent programs from starting up, please tell me why my computer is useless?

I have no idea. What are your PC's specs? Does it have broadband internet connection? There are so many programs that do Web access behind the scenes, including Windows itself, when you set it for fully-automatic software updating. 'Wish I could help but more info needed. I'd get rid of 3rd-party browser toolbars and instant messaging programs. Another idea is to go into your browser and under Options, Advanced, disable ALL 3rd-party browser extensions. See if that helps. (Instructions apply only to IE).
Is it just internet browsing that is slow? What about purely machine-local functions, such as the playing of downloaded games, word-processing, etcetera?

In addition to pastures questions, have you scanned for malware? How much free disk space is available?

Internet speed: 56kbps

Well, 56K indicates dial up and there's really no way to speed that up outside of going broadband. Dial up speeds will continue to be hampered with the Internet getting more and more graphics oriented every day. So the question becomes, is your computer slower than you expect when doing other tasks that don't involved the dial up connection?
What AMD?
How much RAM?
Are those drive figures the amount of free space? If so, that is not a problem.
No such thing as IE 11. We are only up to IE8.
Note that AVG includes an anti-spyware scanner. Since you have SAS, I would disable the AS in AVG. Also note that Comodo includes an antivirus scanner, so you don't really need AVG at all (BTW - I run with Comodo and SAS too, and with no problems). I would uninstall all those BHOs - at least for now.
Download and run the Norton Removal Tool

Yes we need more info especially ran & processor type/speed & answers to those question before we can help you further. You can right click on my computer, and select properties to get that. To reiterate is this during internet use only or all the time? Who are you using as your internet service provider? How does your computer act in safe mode? When you are booting your computer start hitting the F8 button until you get to the advanced boot options. Select safe mode with networking. How old is the computer? Is this a recent thing? Can you think of anything you've installed about the time that it got slow?
As you can tell we have more questions than answers.

KEEP Comodo (Firewall ONLY)
Download:
AVAST AV Avast!
RegSeeker
Disconnect from the net.
Boot into SAFE MODE. Then I would uninstall/dump;
AVG
SuperAntispyware
Malware Bytes
Norton Security Scan
SpyBot S&D
AVG BHO
aLOT BHO
Yahoo BHO
isoHUNT
Registry Easy
Uniblue Speed Up My Pc 3
Install Avast. Run a complete scan.
Open CCleaner. Then click on (left hand side) OPTIONS, then COOKIES . Any cookies you want to save (trusted sites, places you have usernames/passwords), highlight them in the left column, then (using the directional
arrows between the panes), move them to the right hand column under "Cookies to keep".
Still under Options, click on Advanced. Remove the check mark from the box for "Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours".
Leave all other settings at the default.
Then click on Cleaner (on the top left). When that window opens, click on Run Cleaner (bottom right of the window.)
When it finishes, close CCleaner, and restart your machine. (Some files will not be deleted until a restart is performed.)
I do not advocate running CCleaner on each boot. I run it once or twice a week.
Install/open RegSeeker. Click on Clean The Registry, then OK.
Once it's finished, along the bottom of the screen, click on Select, choose "Select All". Then click on Action, then "Delete selected items".
All deleted items will be backed up, just click OK for the default backup filenames/locations.
Close the program and restart the machine.
Post back with your results.
