There has to be a way to move your system disk over but I'm not sure how. I guess you'd move all of your personal data files over and then re-install Windows. You'd likely have to reinstall individual applications too, as their system registry entries could be geared to the existence of the current system disk -- NOT SURE.

Just one crazy idea: go to Control Panels>>System >> Advanced tab, Performance Options, Advanced tab, and there you could specify to use the alternate drive for Windows' virtual memory paging. But that disk space reservation is often less than 1 gig in size and I just don't know if this would help a lot or not.

Depending on what features you have enabled, that could be much of your problems. Both ZA and AVG (depending on exact versions) include anti-spyware scanners - so them, along with Windows Defender, would be 3. You only need 1 AS running in real-time. Keep the others for supplemental scanning, but not real-time.

I don't trust tuneup utilities - they make too many promises they cannot keep. Which ones are you using?

As far as your boot drive taking up space, you can create a new My Documents folder on a second drive, copy everything under the original to the new folder, then tell Windows to use the new folder. Once verified all is there and working, delete the files under the old My Documents folder. You can also move Windows temp folders to the larger drive to free up space too.

I'd dump/uninstall: Zone Alarm, AVG, and Windows Defender. (Junk IMHO.)

Download AVAST Anti-Virus. Download FREE antivirus software - avast! Home Edition

Then download COMODO Firewall. (Once Downloaded the CIS Installer it will ask you if you want to install AV *and* FW. Select only the FW, and make sure the AV box is unchecked THEN Select Firewall Only.)
Free Firewall - Download the Best Firewall Protection and Anti-Virus Scan Software from Comodo

After disconnecting from the NET, install AVAST. Run a full scan. When done, install COMODO, then reconnect to the NET. Update both programs.

Post back with results thus far.
