Hi everyone, I hope someone can help with this,

I was recently notified of an automatic update on my PC. Since then I cannot access Mozilla Firefox.

I can only asssume that this is something to do with my security settings so I have reset them, changed them, disabled Firewall - you name it.

I'm at a total loss now....

Any ideas?

Well, I really don't know the answer and I don't use FF, but if me, I would uninstall FF, reboot, make sure I could access the Internet via Internet Explorer, then reinstall FF.

Have you tried reinstalling Firefox "from scratch"? Do you get asked if Mozilla will be your default browser?

I've tried un-installing Mozilla then downloading it again. Still nothing. I don't get asked it Mozilla will become by default browser either

Did you make sure you can access the Internet before reinstalling FF?
