When i try to access my HP doc viewer via desktop i get the error message 'DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\mscoree.dll'. I cannot open anything to do with my HP 1310 printer, I've tried unistalling and reinstalling but to no avail.
Also now when i click on desktop to access the internet via sky is have to select an option to view ie through internet explorer. My adobe reader is not working and i cannot open pdf files that i have received by email. A
All this happened when i change internet providers, i went into remove/change programmes and must have deleted something vital, god knows what i've done. Can i fix this or do i need professional help. Is is worth downloading some kind of PC help that i have to pay for.

I wouldn't panic just yet. The file mscoree.dll can be downloaded from the Web (for example, here), and try just replacing it.

I think this problem might have something to do with .NET Framework. Maybe that's what you uninstalled by accident. That software is free from Microsoft, so just search for where it's gotten from (possibly here) and download it and install it. 'No guarantee that solves the problem, but keep your fingers crossed.
