Why is my cpy usage so high above 50% and more though i'm running only a couple of programs. Could it be a virus or a malware ? I suspect that, however I've scaned my computer with 2 anti-malwares NOD antivirus and Ad-Aware anti spyware but the problem persists. Can anybody help solving this matter please ?

Look in Task Manager and see what program or programs are consuming so much.
