This problem started as of the last two weeks.
Tried logging on to Microsoft found nothing recent to help

You need top provide more information. Where is it not working? All apps or only IE? What happened around the time this started? What does happen, any error messages?

What OS, what SP level?

Try doing a System Restore to before this started happening.
