I change the screen size and it ALWAYS reverts back to the same sloppy shape at the bottom...like my screen is sinking.i noticed on the information tab in intel graphics file-there is a huge list of drivers i can choose to use.is there a correct one i should be on?.

Download, install, and run Everest Home Edition on this machine. Once it's finished loading and running, look under;
MOTHERBOARD
Post what is listed for your Motherboard (make/model) and the Motherboard Chipset description.
Computer, Summary, Display, or under Display, PCI/AGP Video. This will tell you what display adapter/chip
you have.
