wireless problem
Hello, I'm new to this site, hope you can help!
We have a Toshiba laptop and BT wireless broadband hub and are experiencing problems connecting to the wireless network.
Before we can log on we have to click on the wireless network connection icon at the bottom of the screen, which has a red X through it, a box then appears which asks to choose a network, click on advance settings, another box appears which says "wireless network connection properties". We then have to tick a box that states "use windows to configure my wireless network settings", then OK.
We are then able to log onto the internet.
We have to do this every time we log on and wondered if you knew of a way round it?

I don't run Windows but in my Linux connection manager under properties there is a check box for connect to this wireless on startup. Do you see anything like that in Windows.
