I can't get on my internet at all and when I try this thing pops up generic host process for win32 services has encounted a problem and needs to close. Need help

When did this start? What hardware/software changes have you done recently? Have you tried doing a restore point to just before it started happening? What is your system information (ie operating system, computer make/model, etc.)?
