Hi, i am not a computer wizard so please keep it simple,
:notworthy: we had bt on the phone all day thursday trying to download mcafee, no joy.
friday/// phoned norton and asked them to download norton 360, still no joy.
they sujested we do a full virus check, we did, trojan found.all cleared up.
tried to download 360 again still no download.
sat we decided to take our bt yahoo of and reinstall, mcafee loaded on.
problem///// i can`t log in to any of my detais eg bank, website etc.
can anyone help, computer seems to be working fine except for this.:idunno:
